Modifier keys can't be disable from being logged in the logfile #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I set 'Mods' to off, using the command 'set Mods=off', Then I checked if 
Mods was off, using 'list' command
2. I deleted the logfile and restarted my computer
3. Another file was created, but the  modifier keys are still logged in the 
logfile

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to get modifier keys not logged in the logfile.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
logKext 2.3 and Mac Os X 10.7.5

Please provide any additional information below.
