Have every part on a vessel (that supports it) choose a particular subtype when a theme is selected

So getting it to respect the selected variant on all parts might not be too hard, but part icons are not going to work easily. They are very closely tied to the stock variant system.

I was just wondering about this feature. I think it would still be useful without part icon functionality.
