Texture switches seem to be getting stuck again

Steps to Reproduce

• Attach a part
• Select a subtype with a texture switch
• Duplicate the part (symmetry works too)
• On the duplicate, select the subtype with the default texture

Observed

• The duplicate still has whatever texture it had when it was duplicated

Desired

• The duplicate has the correct texture
