[Reward] Handle the pointer address where the delegation part contains a pointer to the stake registration certificate. #340

The stake address balance component is currently ignoring the staking address associated with a pointer address. Since the pointer address contains the pointer (slot, tx_index, cert_index) to a stake registration certificate, the stake address associated with the pointer address should be derived from the corresponding stake registration certificate.
