Make passenger work with any apache service name #5

The passenger part wasn't working for me because my apache service is named apache2. This adds checks and tries all the apache service names I know if.

I also noticed @omarqureshi has a fork that looks like it has some good fixes for the "having to run twice to initialize rvm" stuff.
