Documentation on custom types #7

Thanks for this module! +1 for awesome on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS 2

I'm reasonably new to Puppet so found out the hard way that I needed to enable custom types for the module to install gems and rubies.

I've added a section to the documentation for people like me in the future. Please pull in if you feel it is relevant!
