Add OptaPlanner support #29

OptaPlanner is pure Java and Apache open source, so it might be a good idea to integrate it too.

Hi Thanks for your interest and for your suggestion. I completely agree that adding additional backends would be useful OptaPlanner is a good idea. Addiging Gurobi would also be extremely helpful, and would be great to do.
