I added reviewdog, which only does PR reviews, but does them in a cool way. Somehow a list of findings was attached to the deploy hooks action? https://github.com/blue-build/modules/actions/runs/9148477988/job/25151061714

Anyway, none of these current problems are critical, so I guess they can just be fixed over time.
