feat: add wallpaper authoship information #68

Adding authorship and license information for the wallpapers I created for this project, but which were never commited into the repository by my account.

The RPM spec requires license related changes here. I'd like some help with that, please. Vanilla attributes each file separately, but I think attributing folders at a time is suitable too. Maybe look at the way I'm writing the AUTHORSHIP file and critique.

I doubt the rpm spec changes will be done, and it's really not that important, so I'll merge this now...
