docs: update ISO recommendation #47

Use JasonN3's build-container-installer instead. I already did this change in 03bc1a48f2d294eb6a49e285f57e80bb94fd101e, but the ISO generated was base-39 instead of using the details I specified, so we gotta look into how to build a functional ISO before pushing the docs...

Ok, fixed. It was just some a boring syntax flip in the command.
