feat: add the tooling part (images-website basically) #7

I came up with a "product" name; BlueBuild Creator.
It's better than something about "tools" or "building" at least, IMO.

BlueBuild Workshop could be another one, from Steam Workshop ig. If it's builder and market app hybrid.

Using SvelteKit for building a web app instead of Astro is a way better choice.
