The most recent FHIR publication drops XdsEntry[2?] in favor of DocumentReference. I've update the docs to refer (by name) to the new resource type. But we need actual example data, too (not yet available at any of the test servers -- e.g. http://hl7connect.healthintersections.com.au/svc/fhir/ )
