Document how fixed_registration_params are included in a prereg JWK #32

Right now the docs only describe iss, sub, iat, and kid, exp-- but not fixed_registration_parameters, which I'm imagining gets baked into the claims set right alongside the other five.

Never mind; won't include claims in JWT.
