The main dashboard page is the dashboard landing page.
It requires that the user is logged in to be displayed.
It includes 9 blocks, each with a different content.
Each bloc is a separate div, which will be sized and positonned later, and contains four versions of the content :
Title (for menu)
Locked
Summary
Full
When a block is selected, it opens over the summary blocks, save for the Glabal data, which is always visible in it's summary version, and the KYC process block which stays visible in summary version as long as the KYC process is not completed.
