Once the Backoffice refuses a KYC process, the user cannot send more information or complete the process in any way.
This is reserved to invalid accounts.
An invalid account will be disabled from the backoffice, and any attempt to login will display a message indicating that the account got disabled.
An explanation may optionnaly be sent by email to the user from the backoffice.
