As a developer, I want to add a css library for styling the app #7

We will need a css lib to make the look and feel nicer. Check available libraries preferably https://tailwindcss.com/.

AC:

  1. add the library to nextjs app
  2. render NFTs using the styling from the library e.g. https://tailwindui.com/documentation#react-creating-components
