<weapon>spreadz behaves strangely when it is set to 0 #180

When changing to <weapon>spreadz to 0, the spread is as same as using 360 and above. I think the <weapon>spreadz 0 should shoot the bullet downwards like for example <weapon>spreadz 0.001

after further investigation and experimentation I would almost argue that spread behaves strangely in general

anyways, I just noticed that changing the behavior of spread could heavily influence gameplay, thus I'll label it as an "Introduces Gameplay Changes"
