Merge of v1.2.0 development items. Notably:

Support for CouchManagers drafts
Implementation of advanced input options for value calculations
Addition of Include SV/HLD option for value calculations
Tooltip displays where appropriate in various UI components
Fix for issue importing projections for two-way players not already in database
Increased code documentation
New Ottoneu scrape actions for Standings page
