Bluetooth support #13

Installs on today's neon remix image but doesn't seem to be working http://weegie.edinburghlinux.co.uk/~neon/images/pinebook-remix/20171220-1714/

Bluetooth does work, could do with some confirmation here as I had to manually run systemctl start rtl8723ds-bt but it now works between reboots

Same thing on Netrunner, bluetooth doesn't work until you load it

Bluetooth will only work when that job is run once at boot and only once. Restarting that job will deactivate bluetooth and a hard reset will be needed.

Is there something else blocking this ticket to be closed?

The latest PB image has an on-boot script that switches on BT, This has been confirmed to work on at least three machines (although I can't find my BT mouse to test it with).
