KWallet needs setup #22

This wasn't necessary for netrunner-pinebook. I'm not sure what we do about kwallet usually, but the dialog to offer blowfish and gpg encryption isn't really sexy for demo purposes.

On Netrunner we have a hook to enable Pam kwallet for autologin purposes.
