software-properties is reading python-apt templates. We provide a template for Netrunner only so far including testing.
I suggest we switch /etc/os-release ID to Netrunner for core so it uses the same file and add just a buster section to our existing python-apt template.
Ideas welcome. Especially why we had it set to Netrunner-Core in the first place.
