C1: calamares isnt removed after installation and reboot #45

We removed calamares from the remove list in 2016, because it would remove the fs_resize script which resizes the partition. As this is now done in calamares and not reboot it should be safe to remove calamares. Needs testing.

Turns out calamares removes packages before resize. So we can't remove calamares as the resize has to happen as last step.
