WebExtension: if updating to ublock 1.18.4, FF Quantum 64 freezes upon startup #176

If that webextension ublock is updated, we need to eventually take care of this.

not sure if this happened only on this machine, which had an RC version, but after the update the filter list were gone again, which may cause the trouble: screenshot_20190224_154007

@llelectronics : best is to test if that happens on any other machine as well, when installing only this package manually.

All tests indicate that it is working without issues. Therefor marking it as ready on Debian ISO
