Here are the latest as of 2/9/2020 of desktop and core AMD64. I need help testing please. ARM is getting close, all the builds are now fixed, working out issues with IMG build.

Boot in VBox:

The whole boot took .. 15 seconds? Faster than I can type steps, anyway, which is pretty darn impressive.

Visuals (personal taste)

Installation:

Installation

One last thing: on the welcome page you can link to the distro, to release notes, to support forums. Is there no interest to configure Calamares to show that? Recent Calamares also have a Donate button (for the distro, or whatever).

Post-install

(After reboot, logging in, changing VBox to full-screen)

So it looks solid (but dated -- that's probably because Debian) from my (very developer-centric) perspective.

Thx for testing. Old versions is indeed because of Debian stable base. As for artwork. The red cursor should increase contrast afaik. I don't think we have much saying in this. Clemens chooses the artwork and usually we roll with it then. There is also someone designing the wallpaper

Artwork is fine (of course its all subjective). As for old packages, this is based on stable for that very reason, so its fine we stick with Plasma 5.14., python, and whatever Debian puts into their release at that point.

Its the very contrast to what we had with Rolling before Manjaro collaboration. :)

But it secures longlivety of all potential hw based products, like odroid c1 img, zerobox img, which as enduser products need stability over all. On Feb 9, 2020 23:08, "Leszek Lesner" notifications@github.com wrote:
