Add Plasma splash screen #97

There is a fairly long period (~40 sec on USB 3.0 or VBox) of just black screen upon loading of live Netrunner - think adding Plasma splash screen will make more pleasant experience during Plasma loading

Lets not do this. @Alexander: Please concentrate on bugs for now, not any cosmetics.
