try desktop files metadata caching #33

try the binary json caching of metadata of plasmoid desktop files and see if there is any performance difference

seems that in both cases starting plasmashell is around 9 seconds, different startups fluctuate some milliseconds over or less the 9 seconds mark, but doesn't seem to have a big impact
