Netrunner Pinebook 18.01

After consulting with Adrian, I've fixed calamares to set the right lnf theme for the user. I've also pushed a fix so that changing the theme resets the layout, which didn't land in this image. But the workaround is basically to run launch calamares as follows :

sudo -E calamares

This fix will land in tomorrow's image.
