Under Netrunner Rolling, In the layout.js file this line is no longer working:
kicker.writeConfig("favoriteApps", "systemsettings.desktop,org.kde.ksysguard.desktop,octopi.desktop,vokoscreen.desktop")
it adds only favoriteApps= without the rest of the line to plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc
This was working in Plasma 5.3 but not Plasma 5.4.
