kicker: menu sometimes closes #34

menu closing seems related to hovering over the lower section compared to the upper section (I suspect "Recent Menu" could be the tripping point)

further noted it apparently happens only with empty (greyed out) Recent Documents, if there is any document listed in there, it seems fine

Thanks, with an empty Recent Documents I can now (fairly randomly and unreliably) reproduce - investigating ...
