Splashscreens seem tied to LNF entries #151

downloading a new splashscreen creates a same named entry in Lookandfeel kcm, e.g. Archspace: screenshot_20181216_002735 screenshot_20181216_002726

i assume thats why we have so many non-working splashscreen entries there, because the viceversa is also true, see here: https://github.com/blue-systems/netrunner-releases/issues/125

This "tiedness" is unfortunate and seems artificial, or is there any special reason for this relationship, that otherwise with desktop themes, etc. does not exist?

splashscreens and lnf themes are packaged together, however, if a theme has only a splashscreen should pop up only in the splash kcm, and if a theme doesn't have a splash screen it shouldn't pop up in the splash kcm, will check if such filtering got broken
