ghns: if logged in via kaccounts, allow to use "heart" symbol to mark anything a favorite. then allow to filter any category to show your favorites, with option to pick or download/install all of them again on a fresh system

needs the ability to mark favorites via heart symbol
needs filter option in ghns dialog to show favorites
one can then install any of the filtered items normally or needs option to "install all favorites" of that category at once

we could do a prrof-of-concept for the wallpaper dialog, before enabling this for other categories like plasma themes, iconsets, mousecursors,...
