Suggest setting audio stretch default to 0 #12

Even in the Youtube video on the main page, it seems like defaulting it to 2 
makes people play it with the games slowed down. Defaulting it to 0 will 
correct this, and if people have an issue with crackling sound they can find 
that in the options instead.

It seems there was a small generation of Android phones that it is nearly 
impossible to aviod the crackles unless you do the audio stretch.  My dev phone 
at the time was an unlucky one.

I do believe in next release this will be indeed default to 0.  Most newer 
phones/tablets all work fine at 0.
