Multi Region not forming #155

Hi Bruno,

I tried to create a multi region mesh for giving heat source. the snappy hex mesh log shows the region is created but deletes it in the final stage saying zero sized patch removal. I have attached the log files along with dict files. If you can help, it will be of great help.

Sorry to disturb you again but I am a beginner to openfoam and I learn by mistakes. Your help is highly appreciated. sample.zip

I myself solved with splitmesh. Sorry for the inconvenience.
