Maybe bug?
When you have an odd draw amount (such as 1 from silver bullet) and you add 1 via wealthy bullet (so now it's 2), gold diggers still only gives the normal amount of reserves (in this case 0) as if that draw had not been added.
The reason I say this may not be a bug is because this would make silver bullet give 1 reserves (place -1, draw 2 cards +1, play, draw 2 cards +1, total 1), but nonetheless the description does not state this as it does not specify that it's base cards.
