Description

don't show empty hover details
when there is no description, show the flavour text in the large section
cards should have the option to request additional info to be shown (after right click) (e.g. turtle bullet should show how often it has turned)

Justification

The current system looks good in most cases, but weird in some (e.g. bullet). Also, some info is missing.

TOFT feedback: display all details immediately, without requiring a right-click. Most people didn't see the right-click symbol
