fix crash when combat order has no target fix drinking/eating fix paladin buffs and move seals to combat change raid buffing from single to group buffs

please test, i tried covering as much as possible but there may be some mistakes left :)

Ah very nice ! Thank you. It's been a long time since I've updated portalclassic and the drink/eat feature (currently broken) was on my top list (along with stealth for rogues and the pull feature). I'll test it for the sake of it (I doubt there will be issues from what I saw).
