Merge with last version of cmangos-classic z2205 #5

Thanks for the merge fix (pull request). I was working on the summoning issue and I wanted to resolve this before I pushed the up-to-date code. Your merge is slightly ahead of mine as I did mine a few days ago. I see that there is alot of stuff being ported back from the later ports. All being well I can start doing the same with the playerbot code :D

You're welcome! =) I will test in a few minutes the last build of mmaps. Chances are good that the lag issue (client crash for me) are fixed. I'll let you know. To be honest, the only "tricky" merge part was the TrainerSpell update as I didn't see it was called by PlayerBotAI before building. Thus, if your merge have already fixed this, you could merge the last core version as there shouldn't be anything taking more than 10 seconds to fix and only 4 or 5 files to fix. ;)

Indirectly I have now applied all the changes included in the pull request. Thanks again for your help and I will now close this issue :)
