no 24h time.

The plug-in does not show 24h time. it uses am/pm... this is a major bug
that needs to be fix.

this is just a fast fix, the problem is that you can not configure the plugin 
in the
.conf file....

Sorry I didn't see this earlier, but the time format is completely 
configurable.  The 
value your patch changes can be set to whatever you want by using the 
TimeFormat option 
as documented in the man page.

Can you post a config file that should be displaying 24 hour time but isn't?  I 
tried 
using the string your patch adds, and it worked for me.

Here are the relevant bits that I tested from my config file:
[Main Screen]
        NextScreenButton = "1"
        [Bar]
                Type = "Time"
                TimeFormat = "%a %d/%m %H:%M:%S"
