Changed text to txt to match backend BlueCat API
Use generate_zone_fqdn function
Corrected parser used in post

@icoatesosu, @vinny-sabatini, and I tested this code in our environment. We are now able to create, read, update and delete TXT records using the REST API. This is a follow that fixes issues with the initial TXT record support introduced in #105.

FYI ... @brross these are some fixes required for the k8s external-dns BlueCat API Gateway support.
