Init script /etc/init.d/bluecherry does not control bundled apache service #107

Only bc-server process is started and stopped. I propose to start/stop apache from that script too or add second init script named like /etc/init.d/bluecherry-httpd

issue created by mistake, apache is installed from distro repository and controlled by it's own initscript, there is no bundled Apache in bluecherry pacakge
