LiveView on Web MJPEG Stream Issue #505

I was told that the HLS flicker issue will be fixed in RC4. The issue I found is if I set the live stream to MJPEG it won't open the stream. It doesn't even seem like it is attempting it, it doesn't change from "Click to select a camera" after I choose a camera from the pop-up. Not a huge concern for me as I rarely use the web view. Currently running on Ubuntu 20.04.

I'll give it a try when I get off of work. I just replaced my router last night and haven't setup remote access to anything other than BC lol.

RC4 fixed the HLS flicker I was seeing and the -1 I saw on the license page, but MJPEG still won't load a stream in the web client. I asked a couple of friends to check thier v3 installs and one has the same issue as me with the MJPEG and one doesn't. Anything else I can look into on my end? I think both of them are running 18.04.

@Ravigon, @curtishall MJPEG is working with me on Ubuntu 18.04, will try 20.04 also.

Edit: Works with also on 20.04 and Debian Bullseye.

P.S. @Ravigon can you try the older version on that server?
