ONVIF: combine findings of different discovery tools #652

Transform output of different tools into the same simple minimal JSON format. We will be merging results of different tools for incremental presentation to the user.

@curtishall could you please review and test this? In any case these changes should not lead to any regressions - in cameras discovery or elsewhere. But to see improved discovery, the "recommended" (soft dependency) package bluecherry-node-onvif should be installed. Could you please populate all our APT repos with it?
