Timeline Enhancements #262

This addresses the following issues:

[x] Conflicting events - Whenever there is a motion event, the corresponding continuous recording event is not available in the timeline.
[x] Time format in the Timeline does not honor selection in the Settings.
[x] Date and Time formats do not respect the current locale.
