[Bug]: #844

What happened?

A bug happened! Open Spotify, it will BSOD the computer. Open Minecraft, it will not work Right click, add new shortcut, will not work, all other ones on the add section also not work.

To reproduce the behavior?

reproduce!

  1. Open Spotify
  2. Open Minecraft
  3. Right click, new, shortcut

@kevinchen66666 some of the options on the desktop context menu are non-functional. this includes the "add new" option, and all of its children.
