add daymet v4 option to download_daymet_ncss #48

I am interested in downloading daymet v4 data so that I can access the most recent year, 2020. Can you add this option to the download_daymet_ncss function or simply update it to use the current version?

Version 1.5 is currently submitted to CRAN. If you want access to V4 download the current github version (see README).
