CRAN knitr breaking change - fixed only needs new release #84

As per:

https://github.com/yihui/knitr/issues/2057

one ` too many in a vignette, is now fixed as per https://github.com/bluegreen-labs/ecmwfr/commit/78c069e8d8b71c88f615184bdb9f31aca5f29951

but needs a push of a new release to avoid CRAN depreciation as it will break their tests
