Fix basic HTTPS purge support #49

This PR should fix the HTTPS basic purge support on EPC. This PR also adds support for SiteLock to purge HTTPS.

Currently SL CDN isn't doing single asset purging, that should be fixed at some point. We may want to add in logic to purge based on HTTP scheme at some point.
