Compatibility with Pardot API V4? #8

Just run into an issue where the module breaks due to v3 of the API not being able to return campaigns with my credentials (version 4 api returns them no trouble).

May need to look at updating API version to 4.

Updating the default API version seems to work PR raised at #9

Thanks seems for now the simple version bump in #9 will do the trick.
