It is better to inject name attribute value in back-end side. It makes it easy to handle POST parameters consistently.

Can this be closed now that #164 and #166 (#165) have been merged in?

I'm planning to create PR for admin pages and consumer pages, too. So it is better to left this issue as it is, or close it and create separate issues for admin pages and consumer pages.
