Better Weather support? #29

Right now the weather is somewhat limited. I'm wondering what we can do to expand the feedback given depending on the weather.

Now that Spring has started, there won't be many more cold days. Should we add something for really hot weather? >90F?

Any other weather types we should include?

I'm also in favor of reducing the cold temperature trigger to something lower, currently it is at 60.

Sure, we can add something for hot weather. This is Hotlanta, after all. What do you think we should lower the temperature to?

Here are the possible phrases that the Weather Underground API uses: http://www.wunderground.com/weather/api/d/docs?d=resources/phrase-glossary I'm not sure what else we could add, maybe something for snow?
